Saturday Beefcake: From the Archives ~ Complex Carbohydrates

Although summer will not conclude until the advent of the Autumnal Equinox, it is hurricane season, which, among other things heralds the advent of fall with its battling fronts, almost a metaphor for the upcoming American Football season. While the merits of football can be debated, football players themselves have what it takes to fulfill a fantasy or two. Indulging in playing football or fulfilling a fantasy requires fuel and what better fuel than complex carbohydrates and protein. Therefore, behold the recipe for Whole Wheat Peanut Butter Bread as well as two young athletes to motivate its creation and a fantasy or two necessitating fulfillment.
