Saturday Beefcake: Where's the Beef?


Acutally classic Shepherd's Pie has no beef. It has evolved into a beef dish from the original mutton.

In the search for Thomas Rau's recipe for Almost Meatless Shepherd's pie we found a preview of his book, The Swiss Secret to Optimal Health along with it.

The recipe calls for some ground turkey, making it not quite meatless but at least heart healthy.

As for the beef ...
