Beefcake Brunch

Interesting how frittate have become so chic and it was just something Mamma whipped up in the kitchen in a matter of minutes. Well, in less than a half hour. The skill of making one is acquired and to get both sides done without using a broiler is very artistic, so perhaps it can be considered chic. Here from an Eating Well supplement is a swell version that anyone can do. Italian Americans always did heavenly things with potatoes and eggs, usually adding sweet peppers to the mix and often, sweet sausage. This one does come from Eating Well and is quite tasty even if you forget about the sweet sausage. All the nutrient information is right there.

He's here to remind us of any ingredients we may have forgotten.
