The Main Course: Beefcake




Vitello Tonnato is a classic summer Italian dish. This variation comes from The Chefs of Cucina Amore from ten years ago or so. It utilizes turkey cutlets and uses the tonnatoas a side dip. It's that turkey time of the year. This is one of the more creative ways to consume it.
