Gay Thursdays: To kiss or not to kiss

Now that I've got a satellite dish (took me a while to figure out it wasn't meant to be filled with food), I too can enjoy the wonders of daytime TV.

I had noticed that there was a lot of talk on the gay blogs about Nuke and the absence of man-on-man lip action. I even saw where some are actually counting the days or hours since the last time they played tonsil hockey. Although from what I understand there wasn't too much of the tonsils involved.

So I thought perhaps they (and the writers) should make a trek across the border and see what happens when a gay high school student meets up with an old flame in the youth-oriented series Degrassi.

Once the video loads, you may have to click the stop button and then the play button to start it.

Well, since we're all watching gay tv with our satellite dishes rather than eating kibble from them, it may be worth it to say that *Eli Stone* may be the gayest show on TV. There's no tonsil massaging between the men, but that will probably happen somewhere down the line. George Michael was on again last night--not to mention Victor Garber (in character) fawning over him AND getting to sing "Don't Let the Sun Go Down On Me." The series was created and is produced by out TV EP, Greg Berlanti. The only problem in last evening's episode is that Loretta Devine had the night off.

There was a time when the Gossip Forum on Datalounge was a particularly entertaining cyberspace, much like a funny Joan Rivers routine. There's a Datalounge thread all abuzz about The University of Kentucky, Lee Majors and Rock Hudson. If true, oh to have been a fly on that wall[s]! Experiencing the young Mr. Majors in The Big Valley was magnificent fodder for adolescent hormonal terrain.
